Ready To Pass (RTP) is located in West Hempstead NY it was founded in June 2003 to make a metamorphic difference in the world of nursing education as well as to assist in diminishing the nursing shortage. The company is owned by two dynamic and visionary women. It was started as a small solution to assisting nurses, RN's and LPN's, to pass the required NCLEX state licensure exam. Live lectures are offered on a monthly basis with varying time periods in an effort to accomodate a myriad of schedules. The instructors employ a unique teaching style which includes a multi-sensory approach to accomodate the diverse population that they serve. This approach differs greatly from existing reviews. As seasoned nurses retire, and nursing schools struggle to hire qualified professionals the quality of nursing is at risk. Currently, over 1 million nurses are needed.
