Booties

I have been so frustrated by the fashion industry when it comes to curvy girls. Sitting in my closet are six pair of expensive boots that I am dying to wear as I love the look of a boot and a jean. I am of normal size-petite and curvy! Nothing would make this look work for me. One day I realized it was not the boots it was the jeans. So I took my regular jeans, cut them off at the calf, just below the knee and sewed in a pair of knee-high panty hose. I slid on my boots so easily and the look was awesome. I would put a cushion in the ball of the foot and tied on the bottom of the foot so they do not slide. There you have -booties!
